DPS 0.4

This is the slowest project we are working on it, the presentation should be and is easy to make, but some people seems to just fuck about and not doing their work fast enough. I am sure we'll do well enough, but the point is we could be doing much better. Gah, we'll see how it goes. Fortunately its only the first year.
